Passengers requesting to reschedule their trip should be assisted with the changes, according to the additional updatedinformation in the following table:

SCENARIO: CANCELA SEGMENT TO/FROM MGA
•Applies to wholly unused tickets and partially used tickets.
•Tickets issued on/before: June15, 2018
•Original flight dates: April 20, 2018 –December31, 2018
•Extended travel rebooking:by December31, 2018

Conditions:
•Waivers can only be used once per reservation.
•Rescheduled travel must be completed within one year from the date when the ticket was issued.
•If the passenger requests to cancel the MGA segment WITHOUT a date change: penalty change fee and fare difference will be waived.
•Please contact our Contact Centers or sales executive in order to make changes according to this scenario.

•Additional travel expenses that may arise must be covered by the passenger.
