Q.; If SCHD changes occur and this don’t fit the passenger, can agencies then refund – with no fees?

Q: MAX age of the ticket?( if tickets are more than XX years, no refund permitted?
A; Reimbursement of expired tkts is being allowed and we process them internally, these are the cases where we have requested the agency's data. They are subject to review by the reimbursement team.

Q.; When refund request via GDS and when via BSP link?
A.; BSP Link only for death, the rest must be requested by GDS. In case this expired, it will be the process mentioned in above question #2.
